Ouch. I hope you don't have kidney stones. I also hope they tell you more than "drink lots of water and eat more fiber" like they told me.
I was thinking about the poopshake recently. We have one mind.
the poop snake? wow. i never thought i'd see the day when LIZ would initiate a conversation on feces with ME! ha! yeah colon blow might be fun, but i wonder, will it be bad for my hemroid?
oh wait.. you said sHake...now sNake. ha! that's funny, espcially since we still ended up talking about the same thing. ha! poop shake... but you know, i don't know if it is an actual shake. it may be a powder or a few laxative tablets... like i had to take before my sigmoidoscopy
by the way nomes, how did your doctor's visit go? are you healthy?
